In this jive class you will progress from a complete beginner in jive, to a very confident dancer with just a few jiving lessons. Niall uses his original 8 beat count in the jive, with matching 8 steps for both leader and follower. These jive lessons are a fun way to meet people and bring many health benefits. Niall will also be teaching line dance at these jive classes. You don't need to have a partner, but it's always more fun to come as a group or with friends, so that you can share the fun experience of learning to jive and line dance together. Get ready, Niall is bringing his lively and fun jive classes to Claregalway this November. Each Tuesday there will be 2 class times, the first from 19:00 to 20:00 and the second from 20:15 to 21:15. Both classes cover the same material and are open to beginners, improvers and advanced dancers alike. This 3 week jive class will take you from the basics, right through to confident spins and turns, using Niall's unique 8 beat count system with matching steps for both leaders and followers. It's all about jive, making it simple, clear and enjoyable, whether you're brand new or looking to polish your skills. The cost is €40 per person, payable on the first class. Niall will be hosting weekly line dance classes every Wednesday morning in Claregalway from 20 August 2025 until 03 December 2025. There will be a dedicated class suitable for absolute beginners from 10:00 to 10:55, perfect for those who have never tried line dancing before. Then from 11:00 to 12:00, there will be an improvers to advanced class. This class is currently open to all levels. From September, the 11:00 slot will become an advanced class for experienced dancers. These morning line dance classes are a great way to start your day, get some exercise and enjoy uplifting music.
